Artificial Intelligence
Artificial Intelligence in marketing, with method and in compliance with the AI Act
We help your organisation integrate AI into its marketing processes with clear governance: rules, roles, controls and measured results.
In short. Studio Salatino helps SMEs integrate Artificial Intelligence into their marketing processes methodically: an adoption roadmap focused on the highest-impact processes, governance made up of rules, roles and controls, full compliance with the EU AI Act (also drawing on ISO/IEC 42001 and the NIST AI RMF) and measurement of results. Our founder holds the Google AI Professional certification and has trained in AI governance (IAPP AIGP).

Integrating AI into marketing processes, without guesswork.
Artificial Intelligence is a practical lever for marketing, but only if it becomes part of your team’s work with a clear method. Using it without rules multiplies costs, time and risks instead of reducing them.
We stay focused on marketing and support your organisation in integrating AI into its processes (analysis, content, campaigns, CRM) with governance, human oversight and full compliance with the AI Act. We also use advanced AI systems in our analysis and in delivering our work, under the same rules.
How we work
Three steps, from planning to monitoring results
The same project method we use for marketing: clear goals, shared rules, measured results.

Adoption in marketing processes
Introducing AI where it adds the most value.
We start by mapping the AI tools already in use (often more than you might think) and the marketing processes where automation can generate the most value. We then define an adoption roadmap with priorities and owners.
We support teams in integrating tools into their day-to-day work, avoiding scattered experimentation and building lasting in-house skills.

Governance and the AI Act
Rules, roles and controls for safe use.
Together with your organisation, we build an AI governance model: usage rules, roles and responsibilities, human oversight, management of data and confidential information, and staff training.
We align it with the EU AI Act and national legislation, with reference to international standards (ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF), to ensure compliant use at every stage.

Measuring results
Checking the real impact of AI on your business.
For each process we define outcome indicators (time, costs, quality, conversions) and a baseline, so you can see what really changes with AI.
If the numbers don’t meet expectations, we change course: AI stays where it works.
Expertise and approach
Studio Salatino’s work on AI draws on the experience of its owner, Domenico Salatino, a certified Google AI Professional trained in the international AI Governance IAPP – AIGP standards, and applied across a wide range of competitive scenarios and company sizes.
Our method is founded on the transferability of skills: we apply proven approaches to our core sectors, rigorously adapting them to new contexts and fast-changing markets as well.
Frequently asked questions
AI in marketing: your questions answered
What does the AI Act require of companies that use Artificial Intelligence?
The AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689) classifies AI systems by risk and sets different obligations for those who develop them and those who use them. For businesses that use AI, what matters most is staff AI training and the transparency obligations, which apply progressively until 2 August 2026. We cover this in our in-depth article on the AI Act.
What is corporate AI governance?
It is the set of rules, roles, processes and controls through which a company decides how to use Artificial Intelligence, manages risk, data and compliance, and measures the results. The international benchmarks are the ISO/IEC 42001 standard and the NIST AI Risk Management Framework.
Where do you start when introducing AI into a company?
By mapping the AI tools already in use (often more than you might think) and the processes where automation can create the most value. From there, we build an adoption roadmap with priorities, usage rules and indicators to measure results.
Which marketing processes can AI be integrated into?
Wherever it adds the most value with manageable risks: data and performance analysis, content preparation and review, segmentation and forecasting, automation of repetitive tasks, and team support. For each process we define objectives, usage rules, human oversight and indicators, so AI becomes part of the team’s work and its impact is measured.
How do you use AI in your own work?
As an analysis and support tool, always under the consultant’s control. Only aggregated or pseudonymised data goes into AI-assisted analyses, never personal data relating to the company’s end customers. Our founder holds the Google AI Professional Certificate and has trained in AI governance (IAPP AIGP).
Do you need an in-house technical team?
No. We work alongside management and the teams who will use the tools and, when technical development is needed, we help you choose and coordinate suppliers, measuring their results.
