Work with us

Work with us on SME projects

We’re looking for marketing professionals and agencies to help deliver our clients’ plans. Our system suggests the best-suited partner for each project, which is why we ask you to tell us about yourself in detail.

In short. Studio Salatino defines the strategy and marketing plan of SMEs and coordinates its delivery. Operational activities (advertising, SEO, content, web development, CRM…) are entrusted to professionals and agencies chosen for each project: our management system matches the brief with collaborators’ skills, sectors, budget and availability and suggests the best fits. The final choice is always the Studio’s, and collaboration requests come only from the Studio. To join the network you send an application, which we assess.

Who it’s for

We look for expertise, not middlemen

The Studio doesn’t sell campaigns or earn a cut of clients’ budgets: every task needs the people who do it best. That might be a freelancer, an agency or a specialist.

Freelancers and professionals

SEO, advertising, social media, content, web development, design, video, analytics: you work independently and want projects that match your skills.

Agencies

Web, communications, performance or e-commerce: you have an established team and can take on complete projects, including ongoing ones.

Specialist consultants

Export, CRM, artificial intelligence, training, subsidised finance: you bring vertical expertise that complements the Studio’s work.

How we choose

The right partner for every project

Every project starts from a marketing plan with objectives, KPIs and budget. The Studio’s management system compares the brief with the profiles in the network and suggests the best-suited partners, explaining why: skills, sector experience, budget, availability.

The system suggests, people decide: the consultant reviews the suggestions and makes the choice, together with the client when needed. The more precise your profile, the better the proposals you receive will match your work.

The criteria

What the matching is based on

This is the information we ask for in the form: it helps us offer you only the projects that suit you.

Skills and services

What you really excel at, your main service and the others you offer, with tools and certifications.

Experience and results

Years in business, similar projects already delivered and measured results: they count for more than a glossy portfolio.

Sectors (vertical expertise)

The markets you know: manufacturing, tourism, food, professional services, e-commerce, B2B or B2C.

Budget and rates

The budget ranges you work best with and your rate: we propose projects that are sustainable for both of us.

Availability and way of working

When you can start, how many hours a month, remote or on-site and in which area.

Languages and type of collaboration

Your working languages, one-off or ongoing projects, including white label on the Studio’s behalf.

How it works

From application to your first project

  1. 1

    Application

Fill in the three-step form: who you are, what you do, budget and availability. About 5 minutes.

    Assessment

We review your profile, portfolio and the project you tell us about. If needed, we’ll suggest a short video call.

  3. 3

    Joining the network

Your profile joins the Studio’s partner network, with your skills, sectors and availability.

  4. 4

    Project proposal

When a project suits you, we send you the brief: objectives, KPIs, timing and budget. You decide whether to accept.

  5. 5

    Working on the platform

Tasks, deadlines and materials on the Studio’s platform, with a single point of contact and measured results.

Frequently asked questions

About working together

Does sending an application guarantee work?

No. We assess every application and, if your profile is a good fit, add it to our network of partners. We get in touch when there’s a project that matches the skills, sectors, budget and availability you’ve told us about.

Who decides who gets a project?

The Studio. Collaboration requests come only from the Studio: clients do not search for or contact collaborators. Our management system matches the project brief with the network’s profiles and suggests the best fits, explaining why; the final choice is always made by the consultant, who is accountable to the client.

Can I apply if I work on my own?

Yes. Many SME projects need a specific skill more than a large structure: freelancers and independent professionals are just as welcome as agencies.

Will I work directly with the client?

It depends on the project: sometimes you work white label on the Studio’s behalf, other times in direct contact with the client. Either way, coordination stays with the consultant, and we tell you in advance, in the brief.

How are partners paid?

Fees, payment method and payment terms are agreed in writing before each assignment, per project or at a set rate, depending on the work.

Can I update my details after applying?

Yes: write to us at info@studiosalatino.com or send the form again with the same email address. We’ll update your profile.
